Refund policy

At Mahogany Lane, each item is made with care. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • In the same condition that you received it

To start a return, please contact us at mahoganygraceboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery mahoganygraceboutique@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved, we will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to place a new order and return the original item if it qualifies under our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items damaged due to improper care
  • Items returned outside the return window

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet gone into production. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at mahoganygraceboutique@gmail.com

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mahogany Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
